Terms and Conditions

In accordance with applicable legislation and current regulations on contracts and consumer rights, SOCIEDAD DE FESTEROS DEL SANTISIMO CRISTO DE LA AGONIA (hereinafter, the "LICENSOR") provides the following Terms and Conditions for the use of the APPLICATION (hereinafter, the "SOFTWARE"). This End User License Agreement (EULA) regulates the relationship between the USER and the LICENSOR regarding access, use and management of the SOFTWARE. By downloading, installing or using the SOFTWARE, the USER agrees to comply with these terms and conditions. If the USER does not agree with these terms, they must not use the SOFTWARE.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, downloading or using the SOFTWARE, the USER agrees to be subject to these Terms and Conditions. If the USER does not agree with any part of these terms, they must refrain from using the SOFTWARE. The LICENSOR reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications will be effective from their publication in the application or on the LICENSOR's website.

2. LICENSE GRANT

The LICENSOR grants the USER a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited license to use the SOFTWARE on personal and compatible mobile devices. This license is solely for personal and non-commercial use. The USER has no right to sublicense, rent, lease, sell, transfer, distribute or reverse engineer the SOFTWARE. Any unauthorized use of the SOFTWARE may result in termination of this license and legal action.

3. USE OF SOFTWARE

The USER undertakes to use the SOFTWARE in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and for the intended purposes. The USER must not use the SOFTWARE for illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized activities. The LICENSOR reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the SOFTWARE in case of misuse or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

4. DATA COLLECTION AND USE

The SOFTWARE may collect and store personal information from the USER to provide and improve its services. The information collected may include, but is not limited to, health-related data, food preferences and contact details. The LICENSOR undertakes to use this information in accordance with the SOFTWARE's Privacy Policy.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

The USER is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and any activity that occurs under their account. The USER undertakes to notify the LICENSOR immediately in case of any unauthorized use of their account. The USER must also ensure that all information provided to the LICENSOR is accurate and up to date.

6. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

The SOFTWARE is provided "as is" and "as available". The LICENSOR does not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy, reliability or suitability of the SOFTWARE for a specific purpose. The LICENSOR will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage that may arise from the use of the SOFTWARE or the inability to use it.

7. TERMINATION

The LICENSOR reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if the USER fails to comply with the established terms. Upon termination, the USER must cease using the SOFTWARE and remove all copies of it from their devices. The LICENSOR also reserves the right to suspend or disable the USER's access to the SOFTWARE in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

The LICENSOR may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will be effective immediately after their publication in the SOFTWARE or on the LICENSOR's website. The USER's continued use of the SOFTWARE after any modification will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country where the LICENSOR is located. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the LICENSOR's country.
