Gusmans
A bit of history...
In 1979, two great friends, Enrique Ferrero and Ricardo Gramage, from another comparsa, decided to form the Comparsa Gusmans. The founding gala dress was predominantly white and blue, as well as a helmet with long feathers.
This attire did not last long, as in 1986 they changed their attire that would last until 2008. In 1994 they also changed their second attire, which became a four-part harlequin dalmatic that combines the colors green and gray, above which is the red cross that characterizes this comparsa.
In 2009, Joan Vicent Martínez i Ballester designed the new gala costume. The red and white colours were maintained and it was given a more warlike appearance, while at the same time it became lighter, with the helmet removed and the original pike returned as a weapon, although shortened.
