Inauguration and Conference: "Forasters, spectacle, tradition and diffusion: the phenomenon of tourist interest, abans que foren "d'Interés Turístic"

The special program to commemorate the declaration of the Moors and Christians Festival of Ontinyent as a Festival of International Tourist Interest kicks off with a symbolic opening ceremony. The day will open with a presentation by Moromarino festival-goer Rafa Gandía Borreda, who will discuss the influence of the festival and the path taken to achieve this important recognition.

After the conference, attendees will enjoy a glass of wine at the Festival Society Casino, where a meeting space will be created to share impressions about this historic milestone.
